About the Role

There is no education or any other qualification to apply here. Even school and college students can apply.

This isn’t your typical summer internship with copy-paste tasks. 

This internship is designed for individuals who want hands-on experience in sales - not just theory. As a Sales Appointment Setter, your main responsibility will be to initiate contact with prospective clients, spark meaningful conversations, and schedule qualified appointments for the core sales team. You’ll be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential business niches, generating and qualifying leads, and delivering a clear, well-structured pitch over cold calls. Your success in this role is measured by the number of quality appointments you book - not the number of hours you put in. 

The Process

1. Niche Selection & Assessment - Start by identifying the right industry segments - not everyone is a potential customer, and that’s a good thing. You’ll learn to find the right ones.

2. Lead Generation & Qualification - You’ll build targeted lead lists using tools and frameworks we’ll share with you. Then you’ll filter them to find the most promising contacts.

3. Pitch Crafting & Wordtracks - We’ll help you develop high-converting sales scripts and custom pitch flows for different niches. This becomes your foundation for cold calls.

4. Cold Calling & Conversations - Now comes the real action. You’ll make calls, start conversations, spark interest, and gauge needs — all while building confidence and momentum.

5. Objection Handling - Not everyone will say yes - and that’s okay. We’ll train you to handle doubts, counter hesitations, and steer the conversation back on track.

6. Scheduling Appointments - When the lead is interested and qualified, you book the appointment. That’s the goal — and your key performance metric.


Throughout this, you’ll have ongoing feedback, daily check-ins, script reviews, and the chance to shadow live closings so you can learn firsthand how sales is done at a high level.
